The service

Pixel Check provides one-off expert-led website reviews and related products as described on our site. All advice and recommendations are based on professional opinion and best practice, but we can’t guarantee specific business results.

Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe at the time of purchase.

Delivery

We’ll deliver your report within the timeframe stated on the product page (usually 7-14 days). Delays caused by missing information or access issues aren’t our responsibility, but we’ll always communicate clearly.

Refunds & Guarantee

Every Pixel Check includes a 30-day 100 % money-back guarantee.If you’re not happy, email hello@pixelcheck.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a short feedback call and issue a full refund after that call.

Intellectual property

Pixel Check reports are confidential and for your internal use only. Reproducing, sharing, or publishing them in whole or part without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Pixel Check isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from implementing (or not implementing) recommendations.Our total liability won’t exceed the amount paid for the service.
